Low-Endotoxin 96-Well Plasmid DNA Prep Kit

Introduction

HiPure Plasmid EF 96 Kit is the plate-based support product within the low-endotoxin plasmid branch. It adapts EF-oriented plasmid purification to a 96-well format for laboratories that need parallel handling, batch screening or higher sample throughput without moving into magnetic bead automation.

For manual low-endotoxin column preparation at larger scale, HiPure Plasmid EF Maxi Kit B (P1156B) remains the EF core reference. For smaller one-by-one EF preparation, HiPure Plasmid EF Mini Kit(P1154) is the more appropriate mini format. For magnetic high-throughput EF handling, MagPure Plasmid EF Mini Kit(P1814) provides the automation-oriented branch.

Technical Validation

Validation data reported plasmid recovery across 0.5, 1, 2 and 5 mL culture-equivalent workflows in 60 µL elution, with total plasmid amounts ranging from about 5–62 µg depending on input and well. That is enough to justify its positioning as a parallel low-endotoxin screening and preparation tool.

Storage and Stability

The kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions. If any precipitates form in the buffers, warm at 37℃ to dissolve. After addition of RNase A，Buffer P1 is stable for 6 months when stored at 2-8°C.
