Stool DNA Preserve Tube contains a safe stool DNA protective agent. It can rapidly cleave salivary cells, inactivate nuclease and protect DNA from degradation. Stool samples are soaked in the reagent and shaken violently to disperse. They can be stored at room temperature (25°C) for 15 days or -20°C / -80°C for long time. Stool DNA Preserve Tube is suitable for storing 0.5g stool samples.

Storage and Stability
Stool DNA Preserve Tubes should be stored dry at room temperature (15–25°C) and are stable for at least 12 months under these conditions, if not otherwise stated on the label. Storage of reagent at lower temperatures may cause precipitation. Before using the reagent, redissolve the precipitate by heating to 37°C with agitation.
