Introducción
RNA Elution Buffer (DNase/RNase Free) is designed for the resuspension and storage of purified RNA. Its low-pH sodium citrate formulation provides better RNA stability compared with TE buffer by helping minimize alkaline hydrolysis.
The buffer contains 1 mM sodium citrate at pH 6.5 and is suitable for common downstream RNA applications, including reverse transcription, in vitro transcription, Northern blot analysis and nuclease protection assays.
