Introducción

The HiPure Serum miRNA Kit provides a column-based workflow for purification of cell-free total RNA, primarily miRNA and other small RNA from serum, plasma, urine and other cell-free body fluid samples. The protocol uses chaotropic lysis followed by selective protein precipitation and silica membrane purification.

The workflow enables rapid microRNA extraction from cell-free body fluids without phenol-based reagents and supports routine RT-PCR analysis and microRNA detection workflows.

For automated serum microRNA purification workflows laboratories may refer to the MagPure Serum miRNA Kit (R6628), while enrichment-based miRNA purification workflows are supported by the HiPure Universal miRNA Kit (R4310).
