Magen provides small RNA extraction systems based on optimized column purification chemistry and complementary RNA purification workflows capable of recovering both total RNA and microRNA fractions from biological samples including tissues and cultured cells.
Within this system, the HiPure Universal miRNA Kit (R4310) enables enrichment and separation of microRNA and larger RNA molecules from biological samples. Laboratories requiring purification of both total RNA and microRNA may also use the HiPure Liquid RNA (miRNA) Kit (R4163) or the HiPure Universal RNA Kit (R4130), which support purification of RNA together with microRNA fractions for downstream gene expression and small RNA analysis workflows.
