Introduction
The combination of improved CTAB extraction method and column purification technology is suitable for extracting high-purity RNA from various plant/fungal samples, especially plant tissues rich in polysaccharides and polyphenols (such as cotton leaves, mature rice leaves, Arabidopsis seeds, white pine needles, loquat leaves, roses, etc.). The obtained RNA can be directly used for experiments such as RT-PCR, Northern Blot, poly A+purification, nucleic acid protection, and in vitro translation. This product does not contain guanidine isothiocyanate throughout the entire process, and the purified RNA product does not contain guanidine isothiocyanate contamination, making A260/230 more stable.
