FFPE Nucleic Acid Extraction Systems

Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues are among the most widely archived biological materials used in oncology research and retrospective molecular studies. Extraction of nucleic acids from these samples requires efficient reversal of formaldehyde crosslinking and recovery of fragmented DNA or RNA suitable for downstream molecular analysis.
