Elution Buffer, pH 8.5 (DNase Free) is designed for dissolving genomic DNA, plasmid DNA and DNA fragments. It is widely used for nucleic acid elution in both column-based and magnetic bead-based purification kits.
The buffer contains 10 mM Tris at pH 8.5 and is prepared with ultrapure water. It is tested for the absence of detectable DNase and RNase activity and is suitable for routine DNA elution, dissolution and long-term storage.

Prepare with ultrapure water and then autoclave.
