Nuclease Free Water (DNase/RNase Free) is DEPC-free ultrapure water designed for dissolving RNA and for experiments that are sensitive to DEPC residues.
The product is prepared with ultrapure water, autoclaved and tested for the absence of detectable DNase and RNase activity. Unlike DEPC-treated water, it provides a nuclease-free water option for workflows in which residual DEPC may interfere with experimental requirements.
