Introduction
HiPure Plasmid Plus 96 Kit is the high-throughput support product within the standard Magen plasmid column branch. It processes approximately 1.5 mL of bacterial culture per well and recovers up to 20 µg of routine molecular-biology-grade plasmid DNA. A clarification plate removes neutralization precipitates before the cleared lysate is transferred to the 96-well binding plate, allowing multiple plasmid samples to be purified in parallel.
The plate-based format is intended for clone screening, batch preparation and other workflows where sample throughput is more important than individual-column flexibility. For routine one-by-one manual preparation, HiPure Plasmid Mini Kit (P1001) remains the core standard product. Laboratories requiring a low-endotoxin 96-well workflow should select P1157 instead.
