Low-Endotoxin 96-Well Plasmid DNA Kit

Introduction

HiPure Plasmid EF 96 Kit is the salt-mediated high-throughput Support product within the Magen low-endotoxin plasmid branch. It processes approximately 1.3–1.5 mL of bacterial culture per well and recovers up to 20 µg of transfection-grade plasmid DNA with endotoxin levels below 1 EU/µg. The LN4 high-salt binding system is combined with plate-based clarification and purification, reducing RNA carryover and improving agreement between OD-based concentration and electrophoretic plasmid yield across parallel samples.

P1157 is suited to clone screening and batch preparation when low-endotoxin control and reduced RNA interference are both important. P1154 provides the corresponding single-column mini format, while P1115 is intended for higher-output 96-well preparation from high-copy plasmids. For broader routine EF preparation at maxi scale, HiPure Plasmid EF Maxi Kit B (P1156) remains the core product.

Storage and Stability

The kit components can be stored dry at room temperature (15-25°C) and are stable for at least 18 months under these conditions. If any precipitates form in the buffers, warm at 37℃ to dissolve. After addition of RNase A，Buffer P1 is stable for 6 months when stored at 2-8°C.
